DEINE AUFGABEN

In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren erfahrenen Projektmanager*innen, bist du Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kunden und organisierst spannende technische Webprojekte.
Du unterstützt bei der Koordination und Prozesssteuerung von Projekten – u. a. für Anforderungsdefinition, Konzeption, technische Realisierung sowie Integration, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung von Web-Anwendungen.
Schritt für Schritt leitest du deine Projekte selbständig unter Einsatz agiler Web-Entwicklungsprozesse.
Du erhältst Einblick in das tägliche Projektmanagement von A bis O: also alles, was für die Kundenprojekte anfällt, inklusive Präsentationen, Kalkulationen, Angebotserstellung, Budgetkontrolle sowie Zeit- und Ressourcenplanung.
Qualitätsmanagement, Auswertungen, Erfolgsmessung und Reporting gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
Du bildest die empathische Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserem Team bestehend aus Web-Entwicklern und Kreativen in München und Valencia.

DEINE UNSCHLAGBAREN FÄHIGKEITEN

Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement in einer Digital-Agentur sammeln können als Web-Entwickler gearbeitet? Super! Wenn nicht, auch nicht so schlimm. Wir zeigen dir alles, was du an Skills brauchst.
Organisieren liegt dir im Blut. Du denkst konzeptionell und kennst dich idealerweise mit aktuellen technischen Plattformen (Webtechnologien, CMS, Programmiersprachen) aus.
Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Webseiten mit TYPO3, Statamic oder WordPress. Auf jeden Fall schrecken dich technische Aufgaben nicht ab.
Erste Erfahrungen in aktuellen Webtechnologien (PHP, HTML, CSS, Deployment, CMS, Server, Datenschutz) sind wünschenswert.
Du denkst analytisch, fühlst dich im agilen Projektmanagement zuhause und behältst auch bei kleinteiligen Projekten den Überblick.
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und kommunizierst gerne und selbstbewusst mit deinen Kunden.
Du bist kommunikationsstark, freundlich und wertschätzend.
Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse.

Who we are looking for

Do you enjoy working with your international team (in Valencia and Munich) on challenging projects such as CMS websites, web-based software solutions as well as backend and frontend projects?
You support the creation of technical concepts for web applications and manage the technical implementation. You will be the interface between the customer, our project managers and our development team.
Have you already gained some experience as a project manager? Or are you a developer and would rather work communicatively and conceptually in the future?

That's what awaits you

In cooperation with our experienced project managers, you are the contact person for our customers and organise exciting technical web projects.
You support the coordination and process control of projects - including requirements definition, conception, technical implementation as well as integration, maintenance and further development of web applications.
Step by step, you will manage your projects independently using agile web development processes.
You will gain insights into the daily project management from A to O: that is, everything that is required for the customer projects, including presentations, calculations, preparation of offers, budget control as well as time and resource planning.
Quality management, evaluations, performance measurement and reporting are also part of your job.
You will be the empathetic interface between our clients and our team of web developers and creatives in Munich and Valencia.

That's what we expect from you

You have already gained some experience in project management in a digital agency and worked as a web developer? Great! If not, that's no problem either. We'll show you everything you need in terms of skills.
Organisation is in your blood. You think conceptually and are ideally familiar with current technical platforms (web technologies, CMS, programming languages).
Ideally, you have experience in implementing websites with TYPO3, Statamic or WordPress. In any case, technical tasks do not scare you.
